OPALINE  is a fully translucent (frosted) sandwich panel.

It includes two thin plates of transparent polycarbonate ( or polyester/glassfiber) and a honeycombcore in transparent polycarbonate, the  thickness of which ranges from 4 to 37 mm.

It is assembled using a process that leaves no visible trace of sticking.

This panel can be coloured by using a vinyl film (glued to one or both inner faces). The colours are soft and the panel remains translucent.

7 different colours are available.

The main specifications of this product are the following:

- size: 3 000 mm * 1 200 mm, easy to cut (please see technical manual),

- overall thickness ranging from 6 to 40 mm (7, 10, 15, 19, 25 & 29 mm as standards),

- other standard size: 600 * 600 mm or 600 * 1 200 mm, for ceilings,

- stiffness and mechanical performance of the honeycomb sandwich panel,

- recyclability,

- good fire class (French M2, better than "plexi", M4).

Product codification is the following:

OPALINE PC : polycarbonate skins as a  standard,

OPALINE FG : polyester and glass-fiber skins.
